We at BitStarz are on the hunt for a community-driven social beast who might be looking to fund their newly found Labubu addiction (hey, we don’t judge). So if Discord modding is second nature to you, and you spend more time on Telegram and Doomscrolling than actual real-life conversations, this might be your dream job!
We’re not just looking for someone to manage the community like some digital zookeeper, but someone who can engage, start conversations, and yet keep it 100% authentic. So if you’re that meme lord, crypto-enthusiast that everyone secretly wants to hang out with, keep reading.
Your challenges will include
- Owning our Discord server from top to bottom. Launching it, growing it and moderating it.
- Supporting social content across X, Reddit, and Instagram with a strong community-first voice.
- Coming up with spicy daily prompts, challenges, and chat starters to keep things fresh and fun.
- Running mini-events, giveaways, and promos that make people stick around and bring their friends.
- Being the eyes and ears of the community. Reporting trends and feedback to the wider team.
- Jumping in on relevant threads, mentions, and comments across all channels to make sure the BitStarz voice is loud and proud.
Requirements
- You’ve built and managed Discord or Telegram communities that didn’t just grow, they thrived (we need to see examples).
- You’ve got fast fingers, sharp instincts, and a knack for keeping things light, on-brand, and under control.
- You know how to make people feel seen, heard, and hyped.
- You’re fluent in internet culture, memeology, crypto and you can speak it without sounding forced.
- You’re a one-person content machine with a brain full of ideas and a schedule full of action.
- You know how to use AI to speed things up, spark new concepts, and stay ten steps ahead.
- It’d be awesome if you also:
- Have experience in the crypto casino space (or are eager to dive in headfirst).
- Can whip up a meme, gif, or short video on the fly.
- Know how to spot a troll, calm a heated chat, and spin a boring moment into something fun.
- Have experience using bots and automation tools for community engagement or moderation.
